Located at 291 Water Street, the Regal Building was formerly the Bank of Nova Scotia, built circa 1916. This stately, 3 storey building is situated at the intersection of downtown St. John’s’ business and entertainment sectors, but is also part of the Water Street Historic District.

The main and part of the upper levels are leased restaurant and office space. The lower level is leased as exhibit space.  Additional cost option for parking at the Murray Premises Hotel.
